All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping times will vary depending on the product, warehouse location, supplier, and destination country.
TM Branded Products:
Branded products warehouses are primarily in Mexico, United States, and Canada. Fulfillment and shipping on average takes 7 to 14 days until arrival.
Third Party Products:
Third party product warehouses are primarily located in the United Kingdom, Australia, and South East Asia. Fulfillment and shipping on average takes 10 to 20 days until arrival when shipped within the United States. Other destinations may take up to 30 days, depending on the receiving country.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
